ANZ Centre – Corporate Headquarters Docklands, Melbourne
The ANZ Centre includes three levels of dedicated innovation spaces dedicated to facilitating the creation and commercialisation of new market offerings from revenue streams, driving the success of ANZ in a disruptive financial services landscape.
The ANZ Centre’s Innovation Spaces provide lab spaces in a range of settings across three floors. The labs are designed to enable a technology rich environment, which facilitate learning and working across a breadth of settings. It is intended the three floors will act as a ‘lighthouse’ of innovation and drive new approaches in innovation and learning at ANZ.
UT Consulting was contracted to bring the Innovation Spaces vision to life. Our team of consultants were engaged early in the process to provide realistic technology solutions for an environment striving to push ANZ staff to innovate.
Our involvement on the project saw UT Consultants design, document, coordinate and oversee the installation of technology solutions rarely seen in Australian corporate environments. Our team created technology enhanced meeting spaces, learning spaces; structured, pop-up, and fixed lab spaces, display walls, portable AV solutions, and forums.
UT Consulting regularly met with ANZ and the appointed Managing Contractor to provide advice on the technology to be deployed throughout the centre. Our team completed the design, documentation, project management, and coordinated the audio visual technology across level 11, 12, and 13. Spaces included:

- Structure labs with operable walls
- Breakout and huddle spaces
- Pop-up flexible lab spaces
- High tech and fixed lab spaces
