Plenary Group is a leading international infrastructure business with offices across Australia and Canada. UT Consulting was engaged to provide an initial high level review of all systems across Plenary’s Australian offices. Following this, our team were contracted to provide end-to-end consulting services for their Melbourne HQ.
Plenary’s relocation to their new premises at the Rialto tower required relocation planning and coordination of the new office’s WAN/LAN infrastructure and AV systems. Our team designed the network infrastructure to support intuitive and easy to use audio visual systems.
To facilitate efficient meetings with clients and collaboration with their offsite locations, the boardroom and meeting rooms feature web conferencing facilities, large touch screen displays and a wireless presentation system.
