West Coast Eagles – Lathlain Training Facility

The redevelopment of the Lathlain Precinct was the product of a strategic partnership between West Coast Eagles and the Town of Victoria Park. The redevelopment included the construction of the new WCE headquarters along with two AFL quality ovals.

The completed Lathlain Precinct has provided the community with an enhanced precinct environment with the improvements of both the active and passive recreation areas, a new community centre development including play group and toy library, streetscape, accessibility and parking improvements.

For West Coast Eagles, the completed facility provides the club with the best facility in the AFL, complete with a 60 metre indoor training hall, gyms, lap pool, hydrotherapy pool, function rooms, café, museum, shop and media rooms.

UT Consulting provided audio visual consulting services for the project. Our team oversaw the design, documentation, coordination, and implementation of a diverse range of audio visual enhanced spaces include: classrooms, meeting rooms, offices, lockers, gym spaces, indoor training field, outdoor amphitheatre, retail spaces, and a broadcasting studio.
