Part of Hilton’s upscale Curio Collection, West Hotel Sydney is a boutique, eight level hotel featuring 182 designer rooms, a 72 seat restaurant, private meeting facilities, gym, and a bar.

UT Consulting were engaged to create an ICT system which contributed to a holistic guest experience. During the project, we leveraged our experience designing technology systems for luxury hotel spaces to produce a technology solution which meets the hotel operator’s functional requirements.
UT Consulting designed, documented and coordinated the following information and communications technology systems for the West Hotel Sydney:
- Local Area Network (LAN)
- Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN)
- VoIP telephone system
- IPTV system and streaming system
- Servers
As part of our engagement, we produce an ICT specification for market, which included:
- Tender condition and submission requirements.
- Project management requirements.
- Quality and performance requirements.
- Contractor submission requirements.
- Contractor workshop and design approval process during implementation
