Transforming Bentley Technology Park – The Hub
Working closely with ZMH Architects and Development WA, UT Consulting has been fortunate to be involved in the audio visual enhancement and transformation of the Brodie Hall Function Centre into the Bentley Technology Park – The Hub.
This multimillion-dollar upgrade has created a centre focused on innovation and sustainability. The Hub is a net-zero co-working and event space manged by Spacecubed and purpose designed to enhance networking and knowledge sharing. The new facility provides users with access to state-of-the-art common facilities and the latest in audio visual technology.
Our involvement in The Hub saw the UT Consulting team design, document, and coordinate a technology rich audio visual deployment across a broad range of memorable and engaging event and meeting spaces.
The UT Consulting team were delighted to be involved with the project, and deliver the systems described below:
The Global Streaming Centre: Pioneering Virtual Interaction
The Global Streaming Centre has been meticulously designed to provide a comprehensive 360-degree sensory experience.
The technology in the Streaming Centre is designed to make participants in the space and callers feel like they are sharing one room. The audio visual system allows documents to be deployed and shared while simultaneously viewing callers on the large LED screens. The integrated technology facilitates presentations, lectures, and training seminars but also accommodates other diverse events, and accommodates flexible layouts including:
- 160-person lecture theatre
- 108-person cabaret style seating
- 40-person classroom seating
- 24-person U-shape arrangement
Green Room: Versatility & Innovation
Complementing the cutting edge Streaming Centre is the Green Room, a highly versatile space available for lease as a studio. This Green Room has audio visual systems tailored to facilitate the production of diverse media, including but not limited to corporate videos, presentations, television commercials, live shows, web content, podcasts, and model and production photography.
Our team designed the Green Room system with streaming links connected to the Global Streaming Centre. This functionality allows users to, for example, produce an event for recording from the Green Room or view a podcast happening live in the Green Room from the Global Streaming Centre.
Meeting & Seminar Spaces: Adaptable & Configurable
Bentley Technology Park boasts two substantial seminar rooms, independently available for lease, designed to accommodate either 130 people in a theatre arrangement or 72 people in a cabaret configuration.
Remarkably, these spaces can be seamlessly combined into a unified area capable of hosting up to 342 individuals, contingent on specific seating arrangements.
In addition to the Seminar spaces, the Park features four state-of-the-art meeting rooms, each capable of hosting between 10 to18 people. These meeting spaces are equipped with advanced audio-visual systems, enabling multimedia presentations and promoting efficient video and audio collaboration.
UT Consulting takes pride in our contribution to this transformative project. We were delighted to work with project stakeholders to deliver the facility’s advanced audio visual solutions at the forefront of commercial technology and innovation.
The Technology Park and Hub audio-visual systems underscores our focus on designing high quality audio visual solutions that promote connectivity, collaboration, and innovation in modern professional environments.
